= 72 cm2 .

Below are some question and answers

### Solved Examples

Question 1: Find the area of trapezium whose 2 parallel sides are 15 cm, 20 cm and the height is 18cm.
Solution:
The area of trapezium is $\frac{1}{2}$ * H * (a + b) = $\frac{1}{2}$ * 18 * ( 35)

= 210 cm2

Question 2: Find the perimeter of the triangle whose length is 6 cm and breath is 9 cm.
Solution:
The perimeter of a triangle is given by 2( L+ B)

2(6+9) = 30 cm is the perimeter of the rectangle.
